Richa Shah
Co- founder - The Bridge

Richa Shah studied Economics at St Stephens College, New Delhi and then completed her Master’s in Business Administration from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. She has done a post-graduation in Indian Philosophy and Religion from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. She has a post-graduation in Facilitating Governance Reform from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She studied a summer program on Gender and Conflict from SOAS University, UK.
She is the Managing editor of the Children’s publishing division and Champak at Delhi Press India. And she has over a decade of experience in children’s publishing and education.
Pritha Saha Dutta
Pritha Saha Dutta has been a practising therapist and counsellor since 2014. She has a Masters in Counseling Psychology where she has studied Early childhood learning. She is trained in RECBT, from AEI, New York and is a Government of Maharashtra recognised Marital Counsellor.
A school counsellor for the last 8 years in various ICSE, SSC and CBSE schools, Pritha has worked closely with children in the pre-primary section on various attachment and adjustment issues.
Dola Dutta
With over 14 years of experience under her belt, Dola Dutta is a trained teacher who is passionate about creating education which engages children. She has a B.A. in Sociology from Mumbai University, a Diploma in Advertising from Xavier’s Institute of Communication (Mumbai) and a Diploma in E.C.C.ED from Safal Institute of Teachers Training.
Dola has worked as a Sr. K.G. Teacher, a Playgroup Teacher, and has also headed Playgroup. She is trained in the Play-way and Montessori methodologies of teaching and has utilised this to formulate the curriculum. She constantly looks to innovate education and strives towards making it appealing for children. Having worked extensively with children in the playgroup and nursery age group, Dola is an expert in her field
Anneli De Beer
Anneli De Beer has over 10 years of experience and an M.Tech. degree with a specialisation in Design and Visual Communication from the Durban University of Technology.
Anneli is passionate about stories; crafting them to sound good and be memorable. She has won the IAB Bookmarks award in 2019 and the DMASA Assegai award multiple times for her work. By incorporating stunning visuals into the curriculum, Anneli has designed content which is vivid, child-friendly and engaging.
Melissa Fernandes
In her current role, Melissa Fernandes conceptualizes, writes and edits stories for children. She works on content for children’s magazines- Highlight Champs and Highlight Genies in conjunction with Champak magazine within the umbrella of Delhi Press India. With over a decade of experience in the publication industry, Melissa has also worked for several business magazines and other children’s publications. She has a BMM degree with a major in Journalism from Sophia College, Mumbai.
Her considerable experience in this area has been a guiding force in crafting this curriculum so that it empowers the parent whilst making learning engaging for children.
